Whether it's one-on-one in the gym or large fitness events, Erik combines his no-nonsense military experience with a strength & conditioning focus to challenge his clients both physically and mentally. He believes efficient movement and breathing are the key to elite performance.
In 2019, Erik left a full-time career in fitness to join the founding team at BRAVO SIERRA - the military native personal care company. BRAVO SIERRA launched into Target nationwide last year and has also become the eight most popular deodorant on Amazon. In addition to BRAVO SIERRA, Erik and runs the energy drink brand, Echelon. Erik has scaled these brands communities in the hundreds of thousands and with a combined social reach greater than 30M+.
